HR - Shared Service Center Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team to provide all HR transactional support to the whole organization
* Accountable for providing strategic directions to enhance the execution capabilities of shared services team in delivering support on transactional processes inclusive of personnel transactions, movements, benefits transactions, training and development, recruitment and administration.
* Accountable for ensuring that all processes are optimal and performed efficiently in dealing with various stakeholders with diverse requirements

Requirements:

* 5 years previous and recent experience in Shared Service Management or Compensation & Benefits
* S 1 Degree
* Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
* Organized and determined persistent person.
* Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
* Proactive and Team player.
* Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
* Analytical spirit, capacity to ease process and analyze figures. From complex to simple attitude.
* Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
* Able to communicate at different organization levels
* Good English and Computer Literacy
